Each month, WE Volunteer chooses an organization to highlight as its Charity of the Month. October's Charity of the Month is the Step Up Women's Network.

The Step Up Women's Network is a national nonprofit membership organization dedicated to strengthening community resources for women and girls through teen empowerment programs for underserved girls, women's health education and advocacy, professional mentorship and social networking opportunities. You can join a local chapter in New York City, Chicago or Los Angeles, or become a national member.
