I so agree...its not okay....honestly..if they're an ex..they're an ex for a reason. Anything that needs to be discussed, anything that needs to happen, any fun need to be had, should be had by the people in the relationship. If there is a need to see an ex..then maybe there's no need for the relationship you have with your current. Its obvious a relationship with an ex will definitely come between and cause turmoil in your current relationship. In my world..ex's are disposable, like diapers unless you have to deal with them because of children. But, that still doesn't allow for private lunches and extended conversations. Be cordial in passing..but that's it.
