Heather rounds up the best outdoor-furniture finds.
By Heather Summerville
For the first time in nearly a decade of living in New York my apartment has a deck--well, technically, it's a small, flat patch of roof outside my kitchen window. But any real-estate agent in New York would call it a deck, and for once I'm going to agree. It's only eight feet by eight feet ... yet the prospect of sitting out there, enjoying the warm weather, has had me relentlessly counting down the days till spring. And this weekend it finally arrived. But as I lugged my heavy kitchen chairs through the window--did I mention that there's not actually a door to this space?--I realized I am in desperate need of some patio furniture and accessories. What's the point of having a deck if you can't barbecue on it, right? Here, the four items at the top of my must-own list.
