This is going to hurt: your bridal party is not as excited about your wedding as you are. Sure, they're looking forward to the celebration and are honored to be an integral part of your big day. But for the most part, being a bridesmaid or groomsman is a duty--one that requires great sacrifices in the time and money departments. So show them your gratitude with thoughtful gifts that they'll love.
For the Bridesmaids:
Give each girl a signature Henri Bendel makeup bag stuffed with beauty products that complement her skin tone, or give each attendant a different Sydney Evan beaded bracelet. Treat each of your friends to a manicure/pedicure at a nice salon in her own neighborhood. If you're dragging them to a destination wedding at the beach, give them all a chic pair of K. Jaques Capri sandals. For something really special, order the two-initial Deco Monogram Necklace from Lizzie Scheck.

Thanks for the article! Just curious how much brides should spend for these gifts. The ones your suggested are all great... but they vary in price. How do you not make yourself look cheap?
And since I'm only having 2 bridesmaids, am I expected to spend more for each girl?
