It ain't all Crate and Barrel anymore...

I LOVE when couples think outside the box when it comes to registering for gift...a lot of the weddings I've attended recently haven't registered for the usual suspects like the Kitchenaid stand mixer or an iron, but for fabulous experiences on their honeymoons or donating to charity!



If you and your fiance have been together for a while, you may already have all the things you need to set up your house and won't need the 12 sets of china, but wouldn't it be nice to register for things you can't find just anywhere?  These are some of my favorites for interesting alternatives...



Wishpot - Wishpot is my favorite site for being able to register at ANY online store...create a wishlist with goodies from all your favorite stores and you're ready to go!

Maxwell Silver - Maxwell Silver is a collection of NYC stores all together in one place for you to register at...its great for unique gifts.

I Do Foundation - this is a great charitable site where your gifts can donate to charities of your choice...perfect for the couple that already has everything.




Traveler's Joy - for those of you with a serious travel bug, this is a great site to register for parts of your honeymoon, like a fabulous dinner or hotel stays.  Truly a gift you'll remember always.

Our Wishing Well - who can beat cold hard cash?  Great for those of you who want to put away a down payment on fancy new digs.
