When Eva Longoria married NBA star Tony Parker in a French chateau, the “Desperate Housewives” actress went all out with the planning.

“Every girl dreams of having a beautiful, romantic wedding,” Longoria told OK! magazine. “We really wanted to create an experience for our guests.”

But when Longoria filed for divorce three years later, citing irreconcilable differences, a source told Popeater she was more interested in the wedding than the actual marriage.

“After seeing all the attention Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes’ wedding had received she wanted the same,” the source said. “And Tony just happened to be the right man in the right place at the right time.”
