What was your favorite part of your wedding day? The entire day was wonderful but if I had to choose a particular part that was my favorite it would be the anticipation of the carriage ride around the lake and walking down the aisle to my prince! In the carriage I had some time to tell my dad how much I love him and take in the excitement and love in seeing all of our friends and family there to celebrate. The climax was the walk down the aisle and seeing the look on my soon-to-be-hubby’s face and the comfort in knowing that he’s mine forever! If there was one thing you could have changed about your wedding what would it be? I would have made it longer! It seemed like the party went by so quickly and the guests even had after-parties at a couple homes because everyone was still having so much fun! But I guess I’d rather people say it was “too short” than “too long”! Awesome! We went to Cabo San Lucas and did so many fun things. Swam with dolphins, flew over canyons on cable lines, went snorkeling, ate lots of great food and spent a lot of time alone. . . ! It’s been better than I could ever imagine. Marriage is indescribable! It’s amazing to see each other grow and work at bettering ourselves for the other person. Marriage is a ministry in that we live to serve each other and try to love each other unconditionally. We each have our faults, but in talking about them, we learn how to help each other with them rather than holding those faults against the other person. It’s amazing to experience life with your best friend! Not yet - but within a year or two we’re going to start poppin’ them out like there’s no tomorrow! We want at least 4 kids and we’re both so excited about having a family. |
