What was your favorite part of your wedding day?

Our favorite part of the wedding was when the yacht cruised by Alcatraz in the evening. The lit Golden Gate was in the background; and we seemed so close to the island we could reach out and touch it. Somehow, Scott & I ended up out on the bow by ourselves, no people, no cameras, just us. It was incredibly beautiful!

If there was one thing you could have changed about your wedding what would it be?

I would have had the cruise last a couple hours longer. The four hours seemed to fly by!

What was your honeymoon like?

We had several trips planned. After everyone left San Fran, we flew to South Beach Miami, and just relaxed on the beach for 5 days. The next week we went to NYC to see a Ranger game at Madison Square Garden, which was awesome. We also went to the Regis & Kelly Show, and shopped a few days in Times Square. Last, we went to the Grand Lido in Jamaica and had an amazing time! We’re going back to the resort again in October. I’m in the process of gathering up friends from around the country to meet us there.

Has your first year of marriage been as you expected it would be?

Since I never thought I’d get married; I didn’t really have any expectations.

Are there any children on the horizon yet?

None for us; we like being the “aunt & uncle” to our family and friend’s children!
