WEtv's Cutest Kid Costume Contest

For Halloween Asia dressed up as a birthday cupcake with sprinkles. I got the inspiration for this costume from an article in Food Network magazine but I added my own special touch! I used cardboard, brown paper and red poster board for the cupcake base, pink Felt fabric stuffed with batting for the top, painted rollers for sprinkles & a candle.
