1.ELIGIBILITY: Contest open to women 18 years of age
or older as of date of entry and who are legal residents of the 50
United States. Contest void wherever prohibited by law, or where the
registration or filing requirements of any state or local jurisdiction
have not been complied with. Employees of WE: Women’s Entertainment
LLC, Meredith Corporation (herein collectively “Sponsors”),
Travelocity.com LP, and Wyndham Worldwide Corporation (herein
collectively (“Prize Partners”), The Promotion Pipeline (herein
“Agency”), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising,
production and promotion agencies, and the immediate families and
members of the same household of each are not eligible. All federal,
state, local and municipal laws and regulations apply.

2. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The “WE Do Good” Contest
(the “Contest”) provides entrants with the opportunity to nominate a
woman that has gone above and beyond in volunteerism in one of three
different categories (Travelocity – Travel for Good; Wyndham Worldwide -
Women On Their Way; and WE Volunteer/Ladies’ Home Journal) for the
opportunity to win a WE Do Good Award. Contest begins at 4:00:00 pm
Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 13, 2010 and ends at 11:59:59 pm (ET) on
August 31, 2010 (the “Contest Period”). The Contest Period consists
of an Entry Phase that begins at 4:00:00 pm ET on April 13, 2010 and
ends at 11:59:59 pm ET June 30, 2010 (the “Entry Phase”), a first round
selection phase that begins at 9:00:00 am ET July 1, 2010 and ends at
5:00:00 pm ET on July 31, 2010 (the “Judging Phase”) and a viewer
voting phase that begins at 9:00:00 am ET on August 2, 2010 and ends at
11:59:59 pm ET on August 31, 2010 (the “Voting Phase”).

3. TO ENTER: To enter visit WEVolunteer.tv/WEDoGood
(the “Website”) during the Entry Phase, write an essay of two hundred
and fifty (250) words or less (“Submission”) as detailed under
“Submission Requirement.” Then complete and submit official Contest
entry form, along with essay, including name, address, e-mail address,
telephone number, indicate which category the Submission is for and
affirmatively indicate acknowledgement and acceptance of these Official
Rules and all other terms and conditions governing the Contest. Each
Submission that is entered into the Contest must meet the following
“Submission Requirements” (any Submission that, in Sponsors’ sole and
absolute discretion, violates the following criteria will be
disqualified).

4. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Submission for all
categories must be an original essay of two hundred and fifty (250)
words or less in which entrant nominates a woman in their local
community, who is 18 years of age or older, and who has dedicated an
extraordinary amount of her time and effort as a volunteer to a cause
or non-profit organization. Entrants may nominate more than one person,
but may only nominate a specific person one time. Entrant must
select the category in which they are submitting. Any entry, which in
the sole opinion of Sponsors is deemed to be inappropriate for
publication will be deemed ineligible. Once an essay is submitted it
cannot be changed, altered or modified and must meet the following
requirements: (a) must be the original and the sole writing of entrant;
(b) all rights, title and interest must be owned solely by the entrant;
(c) may not have been submitted to any other competition; (d) may
not have been published; (e) may not infringe upon any third party’s
rights, including but not limited to copyright, or rights of privacy or
publicity, or contain material that is or may be considered
defamatory, slanderous or libelous, or portray in a false light; and
(f) may not violate any law, rule or regulation; and each nominator
warrants and represents that his/her essay complies with all of these
conditions.

Specific Category Submission Requirements are as follows:

• Travelocity, Travel for Good Award Criteria: essay must describe a dedicated woman who volunteers and has a passion for travel.

• Wyndham Worldwide, Women On Their Way Award Criteria: essay
  must describe a woman who has made measurable impact both in her
  career and her charitable efforts. This woman balances work,
  life and community giving.

• WE Volunteer/Ladies’ Home Journal, WE Do Good Award
  Criteria: essay must describe an amazing mother who has inspired
  her family to roll up their sleeves, pitch in together, and make a
  difference in their community.

Non-complying essays will be subject to disqualification.
By entering, each nominator/ nominee grants permission for the use of
the essay, and nominator’s/nominee’s name to be used in any media in
connection with this Contest, and the advertising, promotion, and
publicity of the Contest, and otherwise, as stated in these Official
Rules (as solely determined by Sponsors). It is understood that the
potential winning nominee shall be required to grant Sponsors the right
to use her name, likeness and description of her volunteer work. All
submitted nominations become the property of Sponsors and will not be
acknowledged or returned.

5. WINNER SELECTION: During the Judging Phase, a
panel of judges, selected by the Sponsors, will review and select five
(5) potential Finalist nominees in each category from among all
eligible nominations based on the description of impact of volunteer
efforts on Finalist nominee’s community or specific group of individuals
(30%); cumulative effect of the Finalist nominee’s volunteer efforts
(30%); amount of Finalist nominee’s time given to the volunteer effort
(20%); substance and overall coherence of the written nomination (20%).
Sponsors reserve the right to verify any information contained in the
nomination, to request additional information about the Finalist
nominee, her volunteer efforts, the program for which she volunteers,
and photographs of the Finalist nominee. In order to be considered as a
Finalist nominee, each Finalist nominee and their respective nominator
will be required to grant Sponsors the right to post her name, likeness
and description of her volunteer work on the Sponsors’ websites.

During the Voting Phase, the five (5) Finalists selected by the
panel of judges in each category will be posted on the Website. The
public will be invited to vote on their favorite Finalist nominee in
each category during the Voting Phase. The one (1) Finalist nominee in
each category who receives the highest total number of valid votes at
the end of the Voting Phase will be deemed the Grand Prize Winner
(“Winner”) for that category. In the event of a tie, the Finalist
nominee with the highest score in the first criterion category listed
above (impact of the nominee’s volunteer efforts on her community or
specific group of individuals) will be the Winner. Decisions of judges
are final and binding in all respects. Sponsors may choose to post fewer
than five (5) Finalists or to not award the prizes if, in their sole
discretion, Contest does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and
qualified entries.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION The Winner in each category
and their respective nominators will be notified by mail, telephone or
e- mail on or about September 7, 2010. The Winners and their
respective nominators will be required to complete and return an
Affidavit of Eligibility/Ownership/Liability Release, Assignment of All
Rights in Pre-Existing Work and Publicity Release within seven (7)
days of notification or the prize will be awarded to
an alternate winner based on the judging criteria outlined herein.If
notification letter is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be
awarded to an alternate Finalist nominee based on the judging criteria
outlined herein. Winner MUST be willing to participate in promotional
activities in conjunction with the award or prize is forfeited and an
alternate winner will be selected, time permitting.

7. PRIZES: Three (3) Grand Prizes – One (1) per
category. Each winner will receive a three (3) day/two (2) night trip
prize package for the Winning Nominee and guest to New York City late 2010,
to attend the WE Do Good Awards Gala. Trip to New York City includes
round trip coach class airfare from the major commercial airport
closest to the Winner’s home, double occupancy hotel accommodations at
the hotel of Sponsors’ choice, two tickets to the WE Do Good Awards
Gala and $500 spending money. (Maximum trip value $5,000 per winner.) Winners MUST be available to travel to New York late 2010 and to attend the WE Do Good Awards Gala
or prize is forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner will be
selected, time permitting. If any Winner lives in close proximity to
New York City, Sponsors may determine in their sole discretion, that
the air transportation component is unnecessary, and Winner will
receive alternate transportation from the Sponsors with no further
obligation for any difference in prize value. Winners’ Travel
Companions must also be available for travel to New York City late
2010.

In addition, each category Winner will be featured in a future issue
of Ladies’ Home Journal magazine and will also be featured on
WEVolunteer.TV. Appearances are subject to availability. Sponsors
are not responsible for any circumstances that make it impractical or
impossible to fulfill this element of the prize. This element of the
prize has no retail value, and if it becomes impractical or impossible
to fulfill this element, Sponsors’ only obligation will be to provide
the remainder of the prize.

Each category Winner will also receive a one year subscription to Ladies’ Home Journal magazine, retail value $15.

Additionally, category winners receive the following:

Travelocity- Travel for Good Award: $5,000 Voluntourism Grant
from Travelocity’s Travel for Good Program. Grant is for $2,500
towards airfare to a volunteer destination and $2,500 for room and board
at volunteer location for the purpose of participating in a local,
established service project. Winner may bring a travel companion, but
maximum grant value is $5,000. Winner may select any trip from
Travelocity’s official voluntourism partners: Cross-Cultural Solutions,
Earthwatch Institute, Globe Aware, or American Hiking Society. Duration
of trip is determined by the trip selected by the Winner. Winner may
extend the time frame of her travel dates at her own expense.
Voluntourism trip must be taken by May 9, 2011or this portion of the
prize is forfeited in its entirety without further obligation to the
Winner. Winner and Winner’s travel companion (if applicable) must
accept the Terms and Conditions and Agreement for the Travelocity voluntourism grant and all conditions listed on the Change Ambassadors page at http://www.travelocity.com/TravelForGood/index.html.
Approximate Retail Value of Travelocity – Travel for Good Prize, the
trip to New York and Ladies’ Home Journal subscription: $10,015.

Wyndham Worldwide Women On Their Way Award: A three (3) day/
two (2) night all- inclusive vacation for two (2) at Playacar Palace
Wyndham Grand located in Playa del Carmen, Mexico; and a $10,000
donation in Winner’s name to a non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization of
Winner’s choice that benefits children. Trip portion of prize includes
round trip coach class airfare from the major commercial airport
closest to the Winner’s home, double occupancy hotel accommodations and
meals (ARV Trip: $2,000). All other expenses not listed including but
not limited to taxes, gratuities, incidentals, etc., are the
responsibility of the Winner. Blackout periods and restrictions may
apply. Travel must be completed by December 31, 2011 or this portion
of the prize is forfeited in its entirety without further obligation to
the Winner. Donation will be made directly to charity by Sponsors,
Prize Partner or Agency in Winner’s name. Approximate Retail Value of
Wyndham Worldwide Women On Their Way Prize, the trip to New York and
Ladies’ Home Journal subscription: $7,015.

WE Volunteer and Ladies’ Home Journal WE Do Good Award: $2,500
donation to a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization of the Winner’s choice
and a “Mom’s Night Out” package including a $250 Bloomingdales’ gift
card, $250 American Express gift card, $100 B.R. Guest gift card and a
$100 Ticketmaster gift card. Gift cards subject to issuer restrictions.
Approximate Retail Value of WE Do Good Award to Winner, the trip to
New York and Ladies’ Home Journal subscription: $5,715.

ARV may vary depending upon point of departure and fare
fluctuations. Travel companions (parent/guardian if a minor) for all
prize trips will be required to execute a Liability/ Publicity release
and return it at the same time as the Winner’s affidavit. If a
Winner’s travel companion is a minor, a parent or legal guardian will
be required to execute a release form. Winners will not receive cash
or any other form of compensation if actual value of prize is less than
the Prize ARV in these Official Rules. Sponsors and Prize Partners
reserve the right to structure the travel routes and select hotels for
any portion of any prize in their sole discretion. All travel
arrangements must be made through Sponsors’ agents and on carriers of
Sponsors’ and Prize Partners’ choice. Winners are responsible for
obtaining all necessary travel documents including, but not limited to
Passports and Visas.

Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify
any entrant whose participation may, for any reason or perceived
reason, subject the contest, Sponsors, or Sponsors’ advertisers,
clients, or customers to controversy, negative publicity, scorn, or
ridicule. Expenses, costs, and taxes associated with prize
acceptance and use not specifically stated herein as being provided are
the sole responsibility of the Winner. Prizes are awarded “as is”
with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Winners will
be responsible for the payment of any taxes, gratuities, and other
costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not
specified as being awarded herein. Prizes are not transferable. No
substitutions or cash equivalent allowed except by Sponsors who reserve
the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of
comparable or greater value.

8. GENERAL: This Contest offer is void
where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to applicable
federal, state, local and municipal laws and regulations. By
participating in this Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these
Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final in
all matters relating to this Contest. Prizes are nontransferable. By
accepting any prize, winning nominator and nominee consent to the use of
the winning entry, their name, photo, voice, and likeness for
promotional, advertising, publicity or trade purposes in any and all
media worldwide in perpetuity by Sponsors without further compensation
to winning nominee or nominator, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
Arrangements for the fulfillment of all prizes will be made by the
Sponsors, Prize Partners or Agency. Receipt of any prize is conditioned
upon compliance with any and all applicable federal, state and local
laws, rules and regulations. Winners of any prize(s) will be solely responsible for payment of all federal, state and local taxes, if any.
Sponsors are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged,
incorrect, incomplete, illegible, misaddressed, or misdirected entries,
misrouted or scrambled transmissions or communications, for errors,
omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, or delays in operations
or transmission of information, in each case whether arising by way of
technical or other failures or malfunctions of telephone, Internet,
computer hardware, software, communications devices, or transmission
lines or data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or
alteration of entry materials, loss or otherwise. Sponsors disclaim
any liability for damage to any telephone or computer system resulting
from participation in, or accessing or downloading information in
connection with, this Contest, and reserve the right, at their sole
discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend this Contest should
any virus, bug, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention or
other causes beyond Sponsors’ control corrupt or affect the
administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Contest.
In the event of any cancellation, termination or suspension, a notice
will be posted and judging will take place from among all eligible
entries received prior to such time. Sponsors reserve the right, at
their sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant if entrant’s fraud or
misconduct affects the integrity of the Contest. Entries will be
considered made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address
submitted at time of entry. By submitting an entry in the Contest,
you acknowledge and agree that Sponsors shall be permitted to use your
entry data for marketing purposes consistent with their privacy
policies and applicable law. All entrants further agree that in the
event of any third party claims, damages, losses or injuries, arising
from or relating to this Contest, they will indemnify Sponsors from any
and all such claims, including the attorneys’ fees related thereto.
By accepting prize, winning nominator and nominee agree to release
Sponsors, Prize Partners, Agency their respective directors,
employees, officers, and agents, including without limitation, their
advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability, loss or
damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt,
and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any prize-related
activities. Sponsors are not responsible for typographical, printing,
or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other
materials related to the Contest.

9. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO
DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATIONS
OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD
SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES
FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
