Divorced woman comments on "Bridezilla."

I have just watched marathon episodes of "Bridezilla" & I am absolutely dumbfounded. Yes, I have been divorced more than once, am in my late 50's, overweight, carrying a trunkload of emotional baggage but I have NEVER treated anyone, ex-husband or whomever, like these brides treat people, especially their future spouses, and they excuse their behavior by blaming it on "stress." Give me a break. I just retired after 25 years in law enforcement and I know about stress and I still manage to treat people with decency and respect. Stress! Ask any mother with kids, a job and a family.

So what's my point? I'm not really looking but why isn't some man looking for someone like me-nice, decent, honest, kind and good-hearted-with my own home and money? Instead they get treated like dirt from these "Bridezillas" and decent women can't really figure it out. And these "Bridezillas" will act like that after marriage b/c that's their true nature.

I have a wonderful life of my own making but sometimes it gets a little lonely in a couples world. I have an idea for WETV. Why don't they have a show highlighting really nice women and find really nice men for a fancy date, like in New York. I'll be the first to volunteer.
