Old Funny Promo

Hello,
Long time watcher first time poster.

Okay, so my cousin and I have been trying to find an old promo for his mother. It was for Mcleod's Daughters (which I MISS so bad), and it was basically about a mother who's watching the show and talking on the phone with her friend, while we see her husband and family are duct-taped up on the other side of the room.

Anyone remember this? I'm pretty sure it was for Mcleod. Any help would be appreciated.

Need help with a book

Throughout the ages, men and women have exchanged love letters, poems, sonnets, and songs, (to name only but a few) expressing their love and passion for their chosen one. I think that with technology, these tokens of love and romance have become obsolete. What I would like to do is to collect love letters, poems, or whatever written romantic message that people choose to include, and compile them in a book. While there are obviously books dedicated to the love letters of great writers, men and women through out time, I have yet to find one that is comprised of extraordinary love letters from every day (modern people).

I am hoping that this catches on and men and women across the nation/world will chose to send me a love letter to include. I think that our generation lacks a romantic voice, and sadly this has carried over to my relationship. I hope that these letters will not only act as a catharsis for my present situation, but can lead to inspiration and romance... not just in my relationship but in relationships across the world.

I also find that it would be interesting to see how people in our day and age express their love- and am hoping that in asking you all to start the ball rolling- it may also be helpful in your relationships as well. I hope to not only find a voice for myself in this endeavor, but also to lend a romantic voice to our generation, creating hope and optimism!

Please feel free to pass this site on or include it with your own, and I hope that you all contribute (and eventually I look forward to finding a publisher who has a romantic vision as well!)

The Game........the pilot....

I was shocked the other day when I saw one of my favorite shows on WE. It's called The Game. Actually it was the pilot(1st trial run)show. It was awesome, but there were other people playing the main characters. I love that show, if WE is considering putting it in a line-up, I will be forever thankful. Unfortanetly, this show was cancelled from CW, which was heart-wrenching. This show is about football, wives, girlfriends, and mothers/managers....it's a story that needed to be told. CW can kick rocks, so I am hoping this reaches out to someone in WE. Please put The Game on.......

Hopeful of a new vampire television series!!

In this "age of the vampire" there is a large market for the vampire fan. Movies and television shows are popping up everywhere for viewer pleasure, most beginning with the success of an author's book series. I am here to ask that you consider Gerry Bartlett's fabulous book series, Real Vampires Have Curves, added to the line up of popular vampire television series. Real Vampires Have Curves tells the story of Glory St. Clair a vibrant, beautiful, smart, classy, blond, blue eyed and tanned with the best spray tan money can buy female vampire and her adventures in love, life and finding trouble. Unlike other popular vampire series, Glory is a plus sized female that most American woman could relate with. She gets herself in many predicaments in life. She is a healthy 20-something at least she was when she got the big V by the loving Jeremy Blade. She is also very funny, which would make Glory on the small screen a refreshing take on a comedy/sitcom, unlike the drama that our televisions are laden with at the moment. This petition is designed by the fans of Glory and her books and we ask that when this petition hits 1,000 signatures it will be sent off to the major television networks to be considered into the new summer or fall line up of 2010.

If you have not read Gerry Bartlett's book series, starting with Real Vampires Have Curves and the new one being released Feb. 2, 2010 Real Vampires Hate Their Thighs I strongly recommend them.

AS AN INCENTIVE TO SIGN THE PETITION I'VE CONSTRUCTED FOR THE NEW GLORY TELEVISION SERIES, GERRY BARTLETT IS ALLOWING ME TO TAKE A FEW NAMES OFF THE PETITION TO WIN AN ADVANCED COPY OF "REAL VAMPIRES HATE THEIR THIGHS". BUT, THIS CAN'T HAPPEN UNTIL I HIT MY 1,000 SIGNATURE MARK. SO PLEASE, GO SIGN! TELL YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO SIGN! IT ONLY TAKES 2 MINUTES AT THE MOST, YOUR NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS, AND A QUICK COMMENT AS TO WHY YOU'D LOVE TO SEE IT AS A SERIES. TELL YOUR HUSBANDS, BOYFRIENDS, GIRL FRIENDS, KIDS, AND BFF'S, PARENTS TO GO SIGN AND MAKE ONE OF YOUR FAVORITE BOOK SERIES INTO A TELEVISION SHOW!!!!

I appreciate everyone who took a moment to read this. If you are interested in a plus sized vampire being brought to the small screen, please go sign my petition, especially if you are a fan of Twilight, True Blood, or Vampire Diaries you will LOVE Glory~!!! Thank again!!!
