I am updating on the previous entries I have made.I just found out that my previous employer paid my bonus to the runner up. This is dishonorable. I have contacted lawyers and no one will take my case because I am underpriveledged. I called my local legal aid and they dont help in this area. This is America. I thought that our rights are supposed to be protected but I guess that is reserved for the privledged. What do you think?
I was injury on my job this year. They started paying me worker comp,and giving me medical help,but I work for the school, and when school let out for the summer, they stop paying me,now I can understand if I did not get hurt on the job, i could have went and found me a summer jod until school open back up.I am hurt and can not find any work, I have try to file for unemployment and was turned down. What kind of mess is this to be in. Hurt and no money to pay my bills.They are doing me wrong and they need to pay me, because I did not ask to get hurt on this job, so I need some help!
Hello, I am so glad that you took the time to express all the feelings and things that you are going through. I am in the same situation with unemployment. I have never filed workmans comp. I will tell you that I have been a supervisor and have participated in taking reports on incidents. I will tell you that the employer did everything he could to get people to lie and say that the person was guilty. It was all about him and his bonuses not about the employee. I am truly sorry you are having to go through this. I want to go to school full-tiem in the fall to be a nurse but I owe for a student loan 39.20. That is all that stands between me and a bright future. I dont have the money. I have 5 boys and disabled husband. He recieves 565.00 per month what cn you do with that? Everyone wants money from me and I have no ability to give it to them. I keep applying for jobs and to no avail no phone no job. I unfortuanately have no family support because the people I grew up with have passed. Well the only advice I can give you is to try to contact your state representitive liason. They will try to help you in anyway that they can.
