Eat out healty
I like eating out, but I'm wondering if there's any tips about how to avoid unhealthy eating while still getting to go out and not having to cook every meal myself.

I wonder if this thread would make more sense somewhere else.
My advice would be to stick to fish and always ask your server to leave off the starch (unless it is whole grain, such as brown rice) and double up on the vegetables. That being said, just the other day a friend of mine was asking me what he should do to drop a few pounds and I advised him to stop eating out so much. The big problem with eating out a lot is that restaurants use a ton of butter and salt, which is great because the food tastes fantastic, but is not so healthy. Generally speaking, if it is a special occasion and I am going out to a really nice restaurant, I just don't worry about eating healthy. I treat myself. But during the week, if it turns out that I am just to tired to cook for myself and I succumb to takeout, I'll order a large salad with chicken or fish.
I hope that helps. By the way, check out my recipe for Poached Salmon with Remoulade, very healthy and delicious, especially if you sub low fat mayo.

I love to eat out as well but to avoid gaining pounds and inches, I started taking a product called Bios Life Slim. It is a powder that I mix with water and drink before I eat and I have lost over 4 inches in a month without even changing what I eat. I have not even added exercise and I feel great. I got it from a distributor and he said it is ok for me to give his #. He can be reached at 813-300-1114 and his name is Eddie. Since I started taking it my whole family has as well and they are seeing incredible results. Good luck to everyone!
I eat out almost everyday so I have to search for diet restaurants not to get fat. I travel a lot from work so I never know where I'll be heaving a meal. I often look for restaurants at

and usually find a diet restaurant in the area I'll be going staying. Its good to know at least some local restaurant before you visit the place and go aet anything because your too hungry to spend time looking for a diet restaurant.
