movie I saw on we

I saw this movie years ago and its been driving me crazy I can't remember the title. Its set in Ireland or England in a small town where this woman quits her job sewing and decides to start renting rooms in her house and she tries to sleep with one of her young male tenants because she wasn't getting any from her husband.
Her young daughter started liking the same guy and became jealous of her mother and the tenant and in the end i think the mother ends up killing the guy and her daughter then herself.
