Biting Pom
I have a 9 year old Pom that BITES. He is my fiance's dog and sometimes he bites HIM too. He will bite any stranger that tries to approach him and sometimes will even bite us! I have tried hitting, ignoring, yelling, and i simply do not know what to do. This morning he was on the bed with me and i was petting him, he was wagging his tail then snap, bit me right on my hand. I can not take it anymore, someone help!

Sounds like its time to call a trainer. The fact your Pom is biting you and your fiance is bad news. And I would imagine that correcting the dog by hitting and yelling is only exacerbating the situation. In a nutshell, biting cannot be tolerated. And if he bites a stranger, you could have legal problems or be forced to put the dog down. I would recommend calling a trainer immediately. I've used Barkbusters in the past with good results. They are good with specific behavioral issues. You might also ask your vet to recommend a local trainer. The problem must be addressed otherwise you could have a real mess on your hands.
I have had the same problem ,but you can stop it.The next time he or she is with in range of grabbing your hand, let it start to bit and then put your fingers in to grab the back of thorat & hold back of tonge to gag till dog is squirming to be let lose. After that you will have a big baby.{lap dog} It takes courage on your part. But it will respect you.I had a police K9 to brake & it works.
