You need to be more to the point on this question. Love can come in many forms. The love of a family, a man, pets, friends, etc. and is it getting a personal someone to love or to be loved by? Because you can not force love, you can only hope that your significant other feel the same why about you as you do with him or her.
The only way to get love is to first love yourself. Once you are able to do so than you'll be able to find love whether it be right infront of you with a good friend or with a stranger you meet out and about. Family will always love you and pets will unconditionally. Friends will love you if you are yourself. Be true to yourself....
I know easier said than done. But start doing things you enjoy doing. . the rest should fall into place... slowly but surely.
