hey I am 19 years old and I have the stress of a older person!! Scine december of last year so much in my life has happen!!! I have misscarried my twins when I was 4months and The love of my life is in prison!! I am a full time student in college I am planning my dream wedding!! And I am really Starting to Miss my boyfriend.. So to be Husband!! I really feel we are soulmates!! but I wish there was a stress reliver to all this maddness in my life!!!

Thats great that you can go back to school stay in school and get is much Education that you can get. and why is your boyfriend in prison? you are still young i think you should find somebody who has there life together who can love you and stand by you throw any thing you dont need someone who is in prison you need someone who can give you a nice life who will treat you with respect you dont need stress in your life sorry for your loss.

Oh sweet heart, my heart so goes out to you in your time of loss.I am not a judgemental person because I have made plenty of painful mistakes in my life, but I would suggest you find a good therapist in your local area.You can go online and find a public office were you can recieve council for a minimal amount of money.You can get help with your grief as well as a goal plan for your future.good luck baby girl!! xxoo angie

sweetie I am so sorry for your loss, i could not even imagine something like that. For that you REALLY need grief counsiling...if you do not have the money even if you are not christian..most christian churches offer a free program with no religous strings attached. If you do not have religion, I think you need to get one or some basis of faith. You need to understand that god NEVER gives you what you cannot handle. You can handle this!! That being said you are VERY young. Your finace is in Jail, you are going to school. Now is not the time for your dream wedding. Since it is obvious you are not waiting for marriage to have sex...then the wedding can wait :) Foucus on getting your life in order, finish school, get a good job, then if you are ready have your dream wedding..since you will have more money than now..it will be a wedding beyond your dreams!! Isn't that worth waiting for?

Sounds like your stress is coming from trying to hold on to someone who's in prison!. Honey let go and live on. Stressing about you miscarriage is normal, but you are adding to your own stress. I've learned the hard way to eliminate stress, and that is, eliminate the people or things in you life that are causing the stress, and BELIEVE ME it works. Once you eliminate all of those things you will feel refreshed and relieved. it may be hard to let go of those things or persons but something has to give sweetie, because stress is one of the silent killers. 13 steps in controlling your stress

In many people live they deal with stress. Stress Play a part in their life, 75% of family doctor say that unemployment is a deafened stress opener. 60% of workers are stressing out; financial and marital difficulties are also a major stress factor.

When you are facing unemployment or a bad boss not making enough money and you are be hide on bills. That’s enough to put you on the edge and in some cases it end up in suicide.

If you are suffering from stress. The first task is to find out why you are feeling stress out and try to change it. These are the 13 reason why a lot of people get stress out and how to change them.

1) un happy with your relationship- if you are unhappy in your relationship first identify why you are unhappy then talk to your partner about it so you and your partner can change the situation and find a solution.
2) Money worries- we all have money worries but you cant get out of debit with money you have to manage you check book look if you are living more then what you are making and make adjustment.
3) Health problems – we all know you need to at lest once a year for a check-up with your doctor. But with a lot of people can’t afford medical insurances. But there is a lot of fordable program were you can buy in to so you and your family can get the help you need.
4) Finding a job-you would think in an America everyone should have no problem finding a job but they do. Don’t give-up there are jobs out there you just have to find them and do them no matter what it is. You have to think of it like for right now this is putting money on the table until something better come along.
5) Devising a plan to remove the cause of stress- identify it. Own it then let it go.
6) Getting back control of your life- once you identify what is stressing you out, you start taking back your power from it.
7) Set priorities in your life. - make a list of the things you do and start putting them in order from important to less important.
8) Share your worries with other- find someone you trust tell them what going on with you and see what they have to say. You never know they probably been though the some situation and they can share how they get though it then you can see hope with your problem.
9) Reduce the number of changes in your life- try to stay in one place, if you keep change things in your like. You will always be stress out.
10) Find a solution to the most pressing area of stress. – When you have a problem that seem to be giving you the most stress deal with it look at how you are dealing with that problem and change it.
11) Don’t have unduly high expectations. –meaning dealing with stress and how not to let it control your like is hard you would have to work on it every single day it’s not a 123 and you are cured it doesn’t work that way.
12) Give yourself credit for your achievements.-look for one day you use these step and it help you and the next day the stress is getting the best of you. Still give yourself credit because of that one day it should you that you can control the stress and no matter what there is always tomorrow.
13 the last an final one take up a hobby to provide an outside interest.- if all you do is go to work come home pay bill take care of the children. All you going to have are stress you need a life out side the stress that would even you out.
