Killer Moms
In this episode, a women was accused of stabbing her son to death. She was only in jail for TWO years before they took her back out and found her not guilty. I could barely watch this episode, it made me SICK. That women should have stayed in jail. 20/20 focused on the defense and made the prosecution look evil. I think the show was originally made so somebody would watch it and sympathize with this lady. That is exactly what happened. The defense tried to say that some random cereal killer broke into the house and murdered the boy. This is absolutely ridiculous. The court never even found the cereal killer guilty of killing the boy. And wouldn't a guilt ridden woman want to prosecute the man who killed her son? Not this lady apparently. I can not believe the jury bought that lady's story. If it was up to me, she would be in jail for a good long time.
I think that no one wants to look at evidence.
And the prosecutors have their own agendas.
Their mind set it is that the defendant is always quilty and it is their job to the see that the convicted is found quilty. Obviously, it has nothing to do with the truth. And as for prosecutor Ed Parkinson, he shows the true face of obstinance, arrogance and ignorance that is allowed to work in our justice system. Thanks to this TV program for bringing these stories to the public's awareness. Our justice system is still nothing more than an

Funny I am watching this show and when I hear the story i remember a story about a serial killer that killed a young girl in texas. He broke into the home and killed one young girl and tried to kill the other. The second child survived. I couldn't remember the serial killers name so I got on Texas death row site and found his name. All of a sudden they are interviewing another woman who thought the same thing a few years ago!
