Is The Season Finally Over?

Is this it? Are the viewers finally given a reprieve from the Sunday Bridezilla beasts? I had never watched Bridezillas before however another professor who teaches at the same university where I do part time told me about the show. The first bride I watched was Valerie and I was appauled with every aspect about her. I thought at first that this show had to be scripted. As I continued to watch these shows it sadly became clear that these brides were basically the people the viewers watched. I decided to include Bridezillas in my Abnormal Psychology class. My students were to watch the show and to write up their opinions using psychological theories / principes they were learning at the time. These students did not find Bridezillas to be a funny show. They expressed anger and outrage at the behaviors displayed by these brides These brides were not bridezillas in my opinion of the defination of a Bridezillas. What could a viewer say positive about any of them? My students used sadistic, evil, criminals, narcissistic, psychosocial, liers, abusive, delusions of grandeur, poor taste, gross, embarrasing, uneducated, low class, discusting, unattractive, terrible mothers, personality disorders, poor hygene.......................................just to name a few terms they used to describe these people . A student told me that the reruns of Bridezillas was beginning and I say REALLY~who could stomach these witches again? I honestly can not recall a reality tv show that had this many really SICK people on it. Considering the severity of the mental health of these brides I can't help but wonder how WETV could ever top this season. Will there even be another season? After what I just watched I really have no desire to find out.
