I WAS IN THE CHAIN GANG IN 2007 WHEN WE TV DID THEIR 2HR TAPPING. I HAVENT SEEN THE SHOW YET AND WANT TO. I CAN SAY FROM EXPERIENCE THAT THAT WAS THE MOST BRUTIAL PUNISHMENT IN THE WORLD LIVING LIKE THAT ON 2 HORRIBLE MEALS EVER EATEN. THE TREATMENT WAS WORSE THAN ANYTHING I'VE EV ER SEEN. I ALMOST DIED AFTER A BUG BITE AND NO TREATMENT FROM MEDICAL FOR A WEEK THEN FINALLY THEY RUSHED ME TO THE HOSPITAL WHERE I WAS OPERATED ON AND RECOVERED THEIR FOR A WEEK BEFORE THEY RETURNED ME TO JAIL. THE FOOD AT THE HOSPITAL WAS THE BEST THING OUT OF THE SEVEN MONTHS I DID IN MARICOPA COUNTY JAIL. SO MUCH TO SAY ABOUT THIS CAN'T EVEN THINK OF WHERE TO BEGIN. FOR NOW THATS IT IF THIER IS A CHAIN MEMBER FROM 2007 EXPECIALLY TINA PLEASE BLOG. THANKS SHELLEY COOPER

I did catch the show last nite and what saddens me is the girl I think, Sonia who was only 20yrs old was in the same prison that her Mother was in. You would think after her Mom was on the chain gang that she would've brought her daughter up better. Then again, her Mom was sleeping with 16yr old boys, so guess you can't get alot of structure or disciplne from that. Hopefully these women learn from this experience. As much as I can't stand my daughter's sperm donor, I wouldn't kill him to lose my freedom.

Yes, I understand these women are being punished and have to serve time, but to make them work in an unhealthy amount of heat can be bad.

Anybody watch this show ? I wanted to hear other opinions on the treatment these women receive.
