First of all, please learn to speak proper grammar. Secondly, learn to use spell check!

Where do you people come from???

Hey - I am planning a wedding with my fiance for March 21 2009. He and I are also trying to get it all together as well. The economy isnt good for many us right now. I highly suggest ordering flowers thru an online wholesaler. Type in your search engine "bulk wedding flowers". You wont believe the prices when you cut out the middle man. Another thign to do as an option would be to grand it out with large balloon bouquets at the reception to. SILKY BRIGHT WHITE or CLEAR BALLOONS look opulent and rich. You can purchase nice white table clothes from Target for the table or rent them at minimal cost. For 60 people 6 tables, it shouldnt be too much. Depending on time of day for your wedding will determine what type of food to provide. If during the mid-day, a 12 noon wedding and reception to follow, you can serve light fingerfood. You can easily hit a BJ wholesale for boxed hor'dourves (surely some of your friends can cook those for you the morning of), and maybe get brushetta, hummus, cheeses and fruits. No liquor - I had this punch, 64 oz. Hawaiian Punch
1 (2 liter) Sprite or 7UP at a few weddings. For our wedding, we have made it clear to folk have your likes in your trunk of your car. No way to get the masses nice...lol. You two ladies should go pick out a pillow together and let it serve as your ring pillow. Use it later to accent your bed in your home. Thats just economics. Search online for some other little small things to make everything come together, party favors, napkins etc. If you can work a budget of no more than $1000, you will be fine. Good luck! and remember the internet is your friend (alot of free shipping).
