Rich Bride, Poor BrideTALK

I remember watching Rich Bride, Poor Bride with my friend and I saw Tony & Ligia's wedding Invitations with pictures of them on it. Does anyone know anyone who does invitations like that?

I can't remember which wedding show I was watching, but earlier this year there was a beautiful red head who had a sort of gothic victorian wedding - I fell in love with her hair and dress - does anyone know where i can find some photos online? She had sort of a partial updo with accessories in her hair - it was so pretty.

All I can say is WOW! He was so overbearing and pushy. I have never seen a groom go so crazy over a wedding. It was quite disturbing.....

My sister gor engaged this year. how do you tell her she is the realest BRIDEZILLA . the wedding is set for August 8, 2009 and already our shoes are a issue they are VERY UGLY. how do i tell my sister to slow down before there's a fight

My situation is a little bit of an unusual one. None of the problems I have are uncommon, but having them all at once is getting to me. My husband to be Jon, and I are to be wed in September of 2009, but there's just so many problems I don't know how we're going to make it work. First of all theres the money problem, as in, we have none. While both of us are working now, we're also both going to school. Which leads me to my second problem. Time, we don't have any of that either. Heres a Big one for you, Distance, Jon lives in southern Cali, and I live in the northwest region of Washington. While we go visit as often as possible, and we call each other all the time, and he'll be moving up here a few months before the wedding, it's really hard to plan a wedding when getting input is like pulling teeth from 1000 miles away. To make matters worse, our families aren't helping any. His entire family loves me, and is super happy for us, except for his parents... who have real control issues and wish we'd never met. My family is being super difficult as well, my mother wants me to move the wedding date back a year or two... or five. My father's in denial and my sister just won't co-operate.

Hey, I just got engaged a couple of weeks ago, so I just got started with everything. Now here's the thing. Before I got engaged I had all these ideas,and now that I'm actually engaged I feel like I can't make a decision. It's like what if I decide something, but there's really something better out there that I don't know about? Also, I'm not getting married until 201o. I know I need to book a venue asap, but then what? Every timeline I look at has everything mapped out into one year. So far. I will be looking at some venues soon, I have a tentative guest list, and I know I want pink in my color scheme... but I don't know what other color or colors...I don't want black and I don't want pink dresses. I know this post is all over the place, but if anyone could respond that'd be great... Christine

One she was no princess but did anyone else find those bridesmaid dresses to be questionable? The asain influence idea was great but those girls looked like they should be walking the corners in Chinatown not standing up for a wedding.

How can I be on the show? I have an upcoming wedding in August of 2009.

Awesome! Most of the brides in this series seem so self-centered and unaware of budgets! Hopefully, WEtv will present an update to this series and do Follow-Up stories on many of the couples featured. I, personally, would love to see how many of the couples survive after the wedding and expenses incurred.

I have a wedding budget that can not keep up with the growing cost of my wedding and guestlist. I am in need of modern looking programs and favors and would like it to be as inexpensive as possible. I have family members that believe it is necessary to have a lot of traditional things at a wedding and no additional funds coming in. Do you have any suggestions for gorgeous programs and favors that would cost nearly nothing?
