How can I diet when it seems I have no control over my life?
I'm 60 years old, 120 #'s overweight, am being laid off work, breast cancer this year, other medical problems and everytime I start to diet and exercise I get sick and have problems breathing. How am I going to get a new job and pay my bills looking and feeling this way?
