Exercise with Fibromyalgia and nutrition help needed

I lost 120 pounds after weight loss surgery and have had my tummy tuck, breast lift and thigh lift. Now I am ready to work on muscle tone. My problem is that I suffer from fibromyalgia that mostly affects my upper back, shoulders and neck. I need an exercise routine that will not exacerbating my symptoms. The syndrome has always made exercising difficult for me, even walking. Do you have any suggestions?
I would like to lose another 15-20 pounds to get below the Obseity level of BMI. I have nutritional issues due to my surgery and need help making a diet plan that will provide the nutrients my body will absorb. Any ideas there?
