Looking for my 1st cousin

I am looking for my cousin Philip (his name at birth). I am doing this on behalf of his birthmother (my aunt). I've been searching for 10 years. He was born in Beth Israel Hospital, Newark, NJ on 6/24/1960 at 7:36 P.M. He was adopted I believe at 13 days old out of an agency in East Orange, NJ. I think the adoptive parents were Irish/German/Catholic. The delivering doctor was Philip Grundfest. The # on the birth cert. we have is F7260. The original is in the City of Newark, NJ Vital Statistics Office. At the time of the birth, the Health Officer/Registrar was Pascal Baiocchi, M.D. Philip was also baptized, probably at the hospital where he was born. My aunt was 17 at the time and reluctantly consented to the adoption. Her name was (and still is) Catherine Carey, the birth father was Thomas Toolan.
