Hello - All of you amaze me. I have been following you guys ever since I saw you do storm chasing with Dave Dahl and I was hooked on the Twister Sisters ever since. (Actually my neighbor who lives 2 miles from me in Scandia is Rob Koch, you have no idea how bad I want to go meet him to talk about weather) I was so excited when I saw you guys had the WE channel. What I loved most about the show besides seeing the storms was watching all you storm chasers getting so into it. I am fascinated with weather. I always feel like people think I am such a nerd about how I just love to talk about it. I go on and on. (There like, your crazy )I can never wait for spring. I hate waiting for spring. I loved the passion all of you had and I loved that all of you are from Minnesota. The weird thing though is how scared I am of Tornadoes. (especially when I was little. I would go to the basement every 1st Monday of the month at 1PM scared out of my mind) I always have tornado dreams and it's amazing how much I've learned about them from my dreams. So yes I'm scared of them but more so now completely fascinated by them. When a storm comes my way I stand out there mesmerized. I don't hide anymore. When I know were having bad weather or if we have a threat for it I am on KSTP's Doppler radar all day trying to be my own meteorologist. When Dave Dahl says it looks like we have the potential for severe weather on Tuesday - I can hardly wait, I get so excited and then very disappointed when nothing happens. Anyways - I am rambling on. I hope I get to meet you guys someday and would love to do a Tornado Safari with you someday. Actually I plan on it. I will go to your website and will se what opening's you guys have. I'm so proud of you guys.
Thanks much - Jennifer from Minnesota

Chasing with you guys would be a dream come true.My husband and I love to jump in our truck and chase all kinds of storms, so that we can take pictures. We missed the spotter classes last year, but we were trainned weather spotters, and were registered with the weather service here in the Quad Cities. We should be able to make the classes again this year. I really hope they keep the show going. You guys take the time to explain what your seeing, and what and how you go about finding these beautiful and fascinating storms.

Hi ladies....I love your show and I really hope that WE renews for season 2. Regardless of whether they do or not, I was interested in how I get information on traveling with the two of you storm chasing. If you could send me information or let me know where to find this information that would be great! Thanks for bringing this exciting side of weather to the forefront. Regards, Kathy

Hi, my name is Cindy Togstad. My sons Will, Terry and myself were the guests that went with Peggy and Mel on the Dec 25 show(Greensburg). I really want to urge everyone to buy a weather radio for their home or business. Have a plan intact where to go in case of a tornado. Have flashlights, food, change of clothes, batteries, water, firstaide kit etc.... in your safety area. When the 2.5 mile wide tornado hit our home by Wilber, NE. May 22, 2004 I didn't have anything ready, but I did have a weather radio. My boys were home with 2 friends. Even though I had warned them a tornado was on the ground 20 miles away, they thought I was foolish and they decided were going to watch a movie and forget the tornado. They were alerted by the weather radio, it was sounding off constantly and they looked out at the approaching storm realizing it was headed for them. They could not tell at that time it was a tornado because it was so big and rain wrapped! They said if I had not had that radio in the house they would not have payed as much attention to the storm that took everything from us, and they would have been dead. The most important people in our life was saved due to this radio. We found the radio out in the yard and it still works. I gave it to a friend and we bought a new one. My sister talked me into getting that radio. Now I am praying who ever reads this will pass the word on, "buy a weather radio and get ready for tornado season early". This may save your life or someone else close to you!!
I want to also add going on this chase and watching the show gave me some closure as it did for my boys. Peggy and Mel were very safe in everything they did. Safety was first! They are real professionals. I did trust them by putting my life, also my 2 sons lives in theirs hands going chasing with them. They have become very close friends of the family! I still can't thank them enough for stopping that night we were hit, to help bring my two sons to safety.
Keep on chasing girls, and to ALL the chasers, THANK YOU for what you do because now I know how important you are! You have saved many lives by being out there and alerting the National Weather Service where there are tornados on the ground!!
To the people of Greensburg; look forward not back. Stay positive! Life will be normal again before you know it. Also, pass forward the generousity you have been shown at this time to people in the future who may need it. You are all in my prayers and have been since that night I stood in disbelief on what I was seeing. I never thought I would see something like that again but for some reason we did. We love you all. I plan to come back to Greensburg somtime in the near future and I would like to meet you!
Take care and God Bless you all!!
Love,
Cindy Togstad & Family
