I NEED HELP

I need help please, my wedding is 6 months away and I am trying to loose 30 pounds by July...I need help in a particular spot...right where my belly button is, if you touch your belly button with two fingers, with your right and left index fingers..drag your fingers away from your belly button..your right finger move it to your right and your left move it to your left..until you get to what I think is your hip...but its like your upper hip or something..how do you loose weight there?

Re: I NEED HELP Hi, I just want to say to you I was almost 200 lbs, what I did was walked two times a day morning and evening and I changed the way I ate mind over matter, I stopped the fried foods, cookies, rice, pasta etc., I only ate baked, broiled,steamed,grilled meats and the meats were turkey,chicken,lobster,shrimp,fish,tofu, I ate only really green lettuces, romain,spinach,spring lettuce, lots of vegetables,all the fruits I could eat, but the trick to all of this was I could eat as much as I wanted because it was light and not heavy on me. I made my fruit drinks, no sodas, water 100% fruit drinks, sherberts, just a really stricked schedule on the eating, I was really not trying to loose the weight I just wanted to be healthy, so in exactly 6 weeks I lost all of the weight and I weigh only 143 still the goal was to get to 135, so you can do it just put you mind to it and yes on weekends I would treat myself for staying on the health kick, I'm a caterer and it can be a challenge. So try this and it will come off. When is the your wedding date?
