should a bride chose hairstyles for her bridal party?

i'm not getting married til next year but one of my bridesmaid is already saying she cut her hair and thinking about cutting it again. she says she wants to have a brush cut style for my wedding but I am having my wedding at a elegant place and I think that kind of style would look very tacky!!!should I tell her if she don't agree with the style then never mind or just let her chose the style she wants for my wedding?
Hello ladies! i'm getting married next august and I am definately picking the hairstyle for my bridesmaids. i feel that some bridesmaids may not have the same amount of hair as others, however,ladies with short haircuts will not necessarilly throw everything off. i've seen it in pictures. BUT....if she's talkin about a brush broom sweep or whatever that was,i think you should make sure the style is not over the top and too noticeable to the point where it interferes with the uniform of the wedding. i know how some bridesmaids will forget that it's not about them and they want to look their best. But you don't want the attention to be on her whether its negative or positive attention. You better let her know. This is about you and what you say goes. bye love
I agree with you Faye27. I realize what antannie says might be partially true, but when your pictures come back, if you're having a formal wedding, that hairdo might affect the beauty of the pics.
Please let her be herself. All eyes will be on you anyway, let her enjoy the day with you, what does it matter?
