Mrs. Rose Parker is one of the luckiest women ever...Its very, very rare that the california prison system release any one if you get 5 years to life you will do 20years they have no room for parole they are very, very harsh on women. That's why Valley State have over 3810 women in jail. Its a really bad situation. Her getting out was like winning a mega million ticket.
