I was incarcerated with Shelby at Fluvannna Correctional Center where I was released in August of 2008. You would not of wanted to meet a nicer person. She would help you with anything. I really don't beleive she deserves to be in that hell hole for 16 years. She has accomplished so much already in the time she has been locked up. I think that she needs to be given a second chance and released. She is a wonderful person. Much Love shelby

By the time Anita was 32, she was on her fourth marriage to Todd Wagner who had a three-and-a-half-year-old son, Sean, from a previous marriage. One night, Sean was rushed to the hospital, after swallowing 30 tablets of medication that Anita used for her depression. But the doctors could not save him, and he passed away. Police charged Anita with neglect, and prohibited her from being around children or the elderly. Anita denied any wrong doing in Sean’s death but there would be more brushes with the law...
This is a insert from Anita Stapleton Gonzales Wagner's bio...Sean is my nephew...Police only found her guilty of neglect. How ironic!! How does a 3 1/2 year old open a prescription bottle with a child proof lid on it? Why does this piece not mention that this happened on a Friday evening...and my sister whom had custody of the child was not notified until Monday? Why does this piece not mention that my nephew laid in a coma for 9 days in a Women's & Childrens hospital in Orlando Florida until my sister had to make the agonizing choice of pulling what was the only thing that kept her son alive? Why did piece not say how Anita threw my nephew ashes away? Why was she only charged with NEGLECT? Perhaps if the police department would of done their jobs correctly at the time of this incident that the other family wouldn't of had to endure the pain that they did. Anita Stapleton ( as I know her) has always been a murderer from the day when she ran with the Lamp brothers until the time she was convicted of the murder and robbery. Now she sits behind bars braggin about the fact that she lives in the medical part of the prison due to her illness. Well it couldn't happen to a better person. Maybe through your own illness you will suffer a lifetime of pain an agony just as you have brought to my family an other family's. In my opinion you are where you belong. The only other choice is the same fate you brought to Sean. This episode was aired June 9th, 2009.. R.I.P. SEAN ALLAN WAGGONER YOUR DEATH WILL NOT GO WITHOUT JUSTICE......

Stanley McMillan was my Uncle He left behind A Daughter and now has a Granddaughter he will never know and she will never know him. He also left behind A Mother and Father and 2 Brothers and 3 Sisters. This show has openned up an old wound and put salt in it. But I want to let people know that Uncle Stanley is not who these people made him out to be. Uncle Stanley had been a long time drug user but he had turned his life around. He had given is life to the Lord and was in church every time the doors where open and Then he got this job where he went to worked in VA for storm clean up. And then he Dies in VA alone on a floor. NO one knows what happened that night they only know one side of the story. And I believe there is more to it than is being told. We lost a Father, Son, Brother And Uncle by some one that does not act sorry one bit for what she has done. And this show has upset my whole family Pictures the family has not seen of him dead where shown all over TV and Which has ripped out the hearts of Mom, Dad, and Daughter all over again. What if the shoe had been on the other foot what if she would have lost a child how would he had felt about what was said in the show. I know she would be very upset to. And for the record his name is Stanley not a junkie. From the McMillan family.
