In the New York City Gallery, John Edward psychically connects with the Wallace family whose 9/11 casualties span generations. The story unveils that a few years after the patriarch of the family, one of New York's Bravest, gave his life at the Twin Towers, his son succumbed to the grief - and became another 9/11 passing. John follows up with this family in their home after the reading.
