This episode of John Edward Cross Country further acknowledges the importance of sustaining strong faith, especially after experiencing tragic loss. The show begins when John connects a family in the studio audience with grandparents who have passed away. The deceased generation wants to assure this family that their son (who recently passed in a drowning accident) is with them. John also picks up that the son is trying to contact the survivors with electronic interference at home. Next in the studio, John connects a woman named Rita with her sister and nephew who died in a tragic fire. John’s reading reconstructs that fateful night. He visits with Rita at her home in New Jersey, after she writes to him saying that she has many questions. The following reading reunites Margie with her father, mother and a mischievous brother who crossed over in a motorcycle accident. JECC goes home with Margie to meet her sisters and extended family who further explain the meanings to the messages. Finally, actress Jasmine Guy sits down for a reading with John.
