Sniff, sniff … the awesome first season of Kendra on Top comes to an end on Tuesday, July 31. We’re gonna miss the Playboy model turned reality TV mom, but for now, here are 10 ways to get ready for the finale, from having an “estrogen party” to sipping a healthy smoothie.
1. Get together with your girls
Over the course of the season, Kendra has gotten together with her old pal Holly Madison, gone out to “party and dance” with her girls in Miami and hit the clubs with her BFFs. “I need an estrogen party. I need to talk about your penis to my girlfriends,” she explained to Hank. Don’t we all …
2. Make it a couples’ night in
Kendra has spoken about the difficulties of spending time with her hubby, now that 2-year-old baby Hank is in the picture. So cuddle up on the couch with your sweetie and watch the finale together.
3. And afterward…
Kendra has been promoting her Love Candy collection, which celebrates love, sex, and being married with toys that “make you feel good on the inside and the outside.” She’s always exploring ways to keep her love life with her husband “alive and hot,” and she wants you to do the same!
4. Reconnect with an ex
Earlier this season, Kendra and Hank invited her ex-boyfriend Hugh Hefner and his girlfriends over to their home for a somewhat unconventional dinner party. “Hef and I had a really strong powerful talk that inspired me,” she said. Who said you can’t be friends with an ex?
5. Make a healthy smoothie

6. Do something a little crazy
You can take the girl out of the Playboy mansion, but you can’t take the Playboy mansion out of the girl! When Kendra was chastised for talking about sex on Playboy Radio, she shot back: “I’m uncontrollable. I’m unstoppable. I am Kendra, and that’s the way it’s gonna be.” So speak your mind and do something a little Kendra-esque … like mud wrestling!
7. Crack open a cold beer
Earlier this month, Kendra tweeted a photo of herself drinking a beer … at 10 in the morning! “Nothing better than a 10am beer on The Today Show lol!!” she wrote. We love Kendra’s devil-may-care attitude!
8. Find a way to give back
Earlier this season, Hank organized a golf outing in honor of his father to build awareness and raise money for lung cancer. “Being there was a lot more than a game of golf and it really inspired me,” Kendra said. Take your cue from Kendra and Hank, and find a way to support a cause that YOU care about!
9. Hit the gym
Kendra worked HARD to lose the 50-60 pounds she gained after having baby Hank, doing cardio, interval training and core work five days a week, and she’s still at it. “I want to be able to look myself in the mirror and say ‘look you did your part today,’” she has said. Consider us inspired!
10. Plan a trip to New York City!
