Dim Sum Desserts

Pastry chef Susie Ieronemo, who creates delicious confections for all four historic Charleston, SC venues owned by Patrick Properties Hospitality Group, takes the mini craze to the next level with her Dim Sum desserts. These minis are the perfect complement to the season: warm spices, winter harvest ingredients like pear, pumpkin and pomegranate, hints of flavor like mulled wine and green chai tea. They also pair right alongside Susie’s cakes inspired by the fall and winter months, with couples choosing tiers of spice, carrot and hazelnut cake with buttercream flavors like ginger, warm spice and white chocolate.
