This cake includes sugar ruffles that mimic organza ruffles that are so popular on wedding dresses right now. “We also used textured bands on the base of each tier inspired by fashion trends for wedding gowns. Lastly, we used beaded decorations on the top tier, which were also inspired by the dress.”
