After giving birth to her first child, Bronx Mowgli, in November, Ashlee Simpson-Wentz, 24, followed a weight loss plan called Body After Baby, designed by Jackie Keller. It combined low-impact workouts that Simpson-Wentz could do with Baby Bronx with a balanced healthy nutrition plan, but occasionally let herself indulge in a slice of pizza—topped with fresh veggies—that her husband, rocker Pete Wentz, brought home as a treat.
