Though Gwen Stefani, 39, arguably has a leg up on other celebrity moms because of the physical demands of her job, she admitted to struggling with her weight all her life. To lose the baby weight after having son Kingston in 2006 and daughter Zuma in 2008, the “Hollaback Girl” exercised and ate healthy every day both during and after her pregnancies. Her workouts consisted of a mix of cardio, strength training, jogging and even neighborhood hikes. Personal trainer, Mike Heatlie, also had her box, lift weights and use a fitness ball to keep her looking svelte on stage and off.
