Say Goodbye to Puffy Eyes
To help eliminate or reduce puffy eyes, Brooke Jackson, a certified dermatologist and founder of the Skin Wellness Center of Chicago, recommends sleeping with your head elevated on a pillow. Then when you wake up, apply cool tea bags (keep a supply of steeped ones in the refrigerator) to your eyes. For the best results, use green tea bags, which are extremely soothing and contain antioxidants that can help reduce swelling and puffiness, she says.
