On November 12th, 1997 in Philadelphia, Penn., the FBI arrested prominent Delaware lawyer Thomas Capano. He was the prime suspect for the murder of Anne Marie Fahey. His younger brother, Gerry, claimed Thomas had dumped the corpse into the Atlantic Ocean. The only physical evidence they had against Thomas Capano were two specks of Fahey’s blood found in his living room.
