Jackie, well known for being a contestant on America's Psychic Challenge, has been a paranormal tool for over 23 years.  Her specialty lies in helping police solve some of the most intense crimes-involving serial killers, missing persons, and even helping to rescue people.  She has assisted in over 200 cases and has even worked with America's Most Wanted. Her skills were also utilized on the high profile cannibal case of Jeffery Dahmer.  Jackie never seeks out law enforcement or families who need help- they ALWAYS come to her.

Jackie's approach to solving crimes includes talking to the police and family, and visiting the crime scene. She receives her information by "walking behind" the victim and perpetrator and she finds out their thoughts and actions leading up to the crime.  She claims she goes "into" the victim and the victim goes "into" her. She says it's like looking through a flip book.  Her body temperature changes, her pupils dilate and she "is there with the victim," at the scene of the occurrence and this is how she watches the crime take place.

Jackie is also a member of the Voodoo Spiritual Temple of New Orleans where she is known as the healer. She is the student of many religions, including occultist and spirituality, and uses these practices in her everyday life. As a hobby, Jackie loves investigating the paranormal and possesses a wide collection of ritual tools and ancient artifacts from a highly
respected priest and priestess.  She also collects voodoo recipes, rare books, recorded ceremonies and parapsychology equipment. 

Another skill Jackie possesses is performing unique seances where she allows the guest to communicate with the contacted spirit instead of the traditional seance where only the medium will make contact with the spirit. Jackie has performed her seances in art galleries in NYC and has been featured by the media for her art.
