Imagine being stranded in a remote location, with life-threatening injuries. What would you do? Meet two women who faced extraordinary danger, and whose courage helped them to overcome seemingly insurmountable odds. 

First, one woman survives a plane crash on a remote mountain. Should she wait for rescue that may never come? Or risk a dangerous journey off the mountain with others who have severe injuries, and may even be dying?

Then, a pregnant woman on a fishing vessel in the Bering Sea is severely injured in an onboard accident. Can a rescue helicopter, battling gale-force winds and raging seas, get her to the hospital in time to save her life, and that of her unborn child?
