48 Hours looks at various tales of weight loss:

 Adult eating disorders: These disorders, which commonly affect teenage girls, are killing thousands of older women, like Pat Melillo of Long Island, NY.  Get insight into these deadly disorders with expert interviews.

 Family Lipo: Leon Seidman, a Hagerstown, MD businessman and his two sons decide to undergo liposuction in order to improve their appearance. Learn all about the procedure from their plastic surgeon Dr. Les Bolton. 

 Fat Town: 200 overweight people take part in Fight the Fat, a program started by Mercy Medical Center in Dubuque, Iowa whose aim is to lose a combined total of a ton in ten weeks.  

 Raw & Liquid diets: We follow three women as they "detox" using raw foods.
