Polygamy: A World Apart
FLDS (Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints), which broke with the Mormon Church decades ago and believes that polygamy is the path to heaven. The FLDS recently found itself in the spotlight after more than 460 children were removed from their compound — the "Yearning For Zion" ranch, in Eldorado, Texas — due to abuse claims. Separated from their parents, they have been scattered across the state in foster homes.
