Toni invites Tamar on a fabulous sister trip to Italy, but Tamar can’t go because she has a press tour in NYC to promote her newly released single, Love and War. Toni, Trina, Towanda and Traci arrive in Italy, and Toni steals away to buy Towanda a last minute birthday cake. While Towanda, Traci and Trina bask in the beautiful architecture and expensive shops of Rome, they wonder what Tamar is doing back in the States. They all agree Tamar should have made time in her schedule for their trip. In New York, Tamar performs on The Wendy Williams Show. Tamar is thrilled to celebrate the success of her number one single, but she wishes she didn’t have to miss out on Italy with her sisters. Back in Rome, a local playboy shocks the girls when he grabs Traci’s booty. Then Toni presents Towanda with her birthday cake, which turns into a major flop when they discover Towanda’s name is spelled wrong and the cake is too frozen to cut. Their next stop in Italy is Ravello, to enjoy a beautiful rooftop brunch. However, the picturesque view is quickly upstaged by a terrifying bee, and everybody does the “river dance” to shoo it away. In the States, Tamar rushes to Vegas to host the red carpet for the Soul Train Awards, and she’s pleased to learn she has many high-profile celebrity fans. Next, Toni, Towanda, Trina and Traci visit a vineyard in Ravello, where the girls learn to stomp grapes and Toni takes a big fall. During a boat tour along the coast, Trina channels her inner-European and goes topless. The foursome lands in Capri for a scenic drive and a final lunch by the water.  When Toni announces she has a leading role in a movie and invites the girls to visit the set in Canada, the subject of Tamar comes up again. Toni quickly realizes that everyone has serious beef with Tamar, especially Towanda. When Toni gets back to LA, she approaches Tamar about working things out with the sisters. But Tamar quickly gets defensive, insists she’s not the problem and storms out of the room.
