Is There a Woogy in the House?
An earthquake unearths a shadowy evil Woogy who promptly takes over the gasman (guest star Richard McGonagle) on the Halliwell premises who promptly takes over Phoebe (Alyssa Milano), who as a child most feared the Woogyman the girls’ grandma always talked about. As Phoebe fights the evil rapidly taking her over, she must also contend with Prue’s (Shannen Doherty) important dinner party which Piper (Holly Marie Combs) is trying to prepare despite the earthquake damages to the electricity.
