That Old Black Magic
Two treasure hunters accidentally release Tuatha, an evil witch, and her snake, who were trapped in a cave. Tuatha shrinks the men, feeds them to her snake, and then sends the snake in search of her wandº which Prue is going to be appraising for a woman named Betty, on TV.
Leo tells Piper and Phoebe that Tuatha can not be defeated by other witches, but by the Chosen One; in this case, a sixteen-year-old computer nerd named Kyle, who likes magic. Phoebe and Piper approach Kyle, hoping to win him over. Meanwhile, Jack Sheridan offers to pay Betty a thousand dollars for her wand. Prue uses her powers to find out where Betty lives.
Betty is horrified when Tuatha and the snake appear in her apartment and take the wand from her. Prue arrives and manages to steal the wand back. Prue returns to the house, where Leo is trying to convince a skeptical Kyle he is the Chosen One. The wand reacts to seeing Kyle.
The witches decide to face Tuatha first. But Tuatha uses her own magic book to place a spell on the witches, taking away their powers. Meanwhile, Kyle grows skeptical that he is Chosen One. Leo angers him into using the wand.
Meanwhile, Tuatha removes the hearts of a couple of college-aged filmmakers in the woods. She chants over their hearts to further remove the witches from their powers, and then sends her snake to find the wand. When the snake appears in the house, the witches and Leo are unable to stop it from attacking them. Kyle is able to destroy the snake.
Tuatha and Kyle engage in a battle over the wand. Kyle wins and banishes the evil witch forever. Afterwards, Leo realizes that he and Piper will never have a real relationship, and disappears. Piper later invites Dan to the club and tells him she wants to be with him.
