Pre- Witched
After numerous interruptions from Prue and Phoebe, Piper tells Leo that it’s time they move out of the manor and into their own place.
A WOMAN watches as her cat materializes into a WARLOCK. The warlock then kills her. Meanwhile, Phoebe shops at a shoe store and is confronted by the Warlock. They engage in a fight with it ending by Phoebe killing it with the heel of a shoe.
Leo and Piper are gathering boxes for their move when the Warlock appears and tries to kill her. Leo tosses Piper an exacto blade, which she uses to slice and kill the Warlock. Later at the manor, Piper and Phoebe tell Prue about their confrontations with the Warlock. Prue surprises them by saying she was attacked in the attic and also had to kill the Warlock. Just then, the Warlock appears again and engages in a battle with them all. They eventually overpower him and kill him once again.
They check the Book of Shadows for a vanquishing spell. They then summon an unknown spirit who turns out to be the WOMAN killed by the cat/Warlock. Prue concludes that the whole nine lives thing is probably why the Warlock can’t be killed. Piper suggests killing him five more times but the Woman says after the cat becomes a Warlock, it has until the next new moon to purge itself of its old life. Phoebe believes all they have to do is make sure the warlock isn’t killed five more times before the next moon.
Late night, the Warlock sneaks up on Phoebe and spooks her into a fight. Out of instinct, she uses a knife to kill him. The next day, the Warlock appears and tries to engage the sisters in a fight. Instead, they ignore him until he grabs an innocent woman to kill. Forced, Piper freezes the scene and Phoebe thrusts a knife into the Warlock, causing him to dissipate. As the surroundings unfreeze, they notice the woman has a knife in her back. Now they only have three more chances.
