A Witches Tail – Part 2
Cole appears in the sisters’ house and tells them that he can’t catch Phoebe in the sea
because she’s too fast. Paige is forced to tell everyone that Phoebe is running because
Cole now wants her back. At Paige’s job, Cole shows up asking her to let him prove
that he’s change for Phoebe. Paige wants him gone until her boss finds out that Cole
works for a prestigious law firm and orders her to use him as a resource on a work
case. She pulls Cole aside and tells him to leave Phoebe alone and that should make
her come back from the sea.
Necron appears at the Sea Hags hideout, looking for eternal life and sees Phoebe as
the mermaid. He tries to take her immortality away from her, but Phoebe escapes
wounded. Later, some fisherman accidentally catch Phoebe and plan to kill her to show
the body to tabloids until Necron shows up and kills the fisherman. Leo appears and
rescues Phoebe. Necron then sends two crows off to find them.
At the house, Piper has her confidence and powers back after using a fearless spell and
uses the Book of Shadows to find Necron and way to get rid of him. Phoebe wants to
go back to the sea, so Paige throws her in the bathtub of water. Meanwhile, Darryl finds
out about the fisherman and blames Cole until Cole convinces him that he really loves
Phoebe and wants her back.
Piper uses the fearless spell on Phoebe, hoping that she will find a renewed passion for
her job, especially when she bubbles the bathwater to shield Phoebe’s fins and allows a
talk show news crew to videotape an interview with Phoebe inside the tub. The plan
backfires and after the crew leaves, Phoebe tells the sisters that she misses the sea
even more. Just then, the two crows and Necron show up, trying to get Phoebe, but
instead snatch Piper. Paige feels that using the power of three is the best to get Piper
back.
Necron tortures Piper with electric eels to get her to talk about Phoebe, but Piper
doesn’t break. Meanwhile, Paige finds Cole and tells him that she feels Phoebe is
running to the sea because she loves him rather than because she’s running from him.
Cole agrees to help. Phoebe runs to the sea to help Piper and tries to make a deal with
Necron to give him the immortality that he seeks. Instead of making the deal, he tries to
drown Piper and hurts the baby in the process. Leo and Paige vanquish Necron, but
can’t get to helping Piper. Her mother comes to her and helps her realize that spells
won’t help her, only being a good mother will.
Phoebe goes back to the sea anyway, but Cole uses his spell to make her appear near
him on the beach. They confess their love for one another and Phoebe becomes
human again. She still ends her relationship with Cole and signs the divorce papers.
