Leo and Piper continue to argue about their relationship, Leo feeling that she doesn’t
respect him, especially when he gave up his career to help her and the baby. She gets
angry and explodes a wall after he walks away from her. Afraid that the arguing is
going to affect Piper’s magic, Phoebe and Paige encourage them to seek marriage
therapy. Before they even get into the meat of the situation, Piper freezes the doctor
and tells Leo that she’d rather cast a spell to end their problems rather then take months
to solve it.
Katrina is attacked by a demon but she and her cats fight him off. She escapes but the
demon grabs a necklace with the baby symbol on it. While out, Paige and Phoebe get a
call from Katrina at the manor, begging them to hurry home before the demon kills her.
They get to the house to find the demon trying to kill Katrina. Paige orbs out with her
while Phoebe tries to vanquish the demon, but he blinks her and Paige back into the
past, five years ago, when Leo and Piper first met. Phoebe and Paige are afraid of
altering the present, so they try to check the Book of Shadows for help. It becomes
clear that Piper’s spell is causing Paige and Phoebe to travel through time as every time
she and Leo talk about a specific incident in the past, Paige and Phoebe are blinked
there. On Leo and Piper’s wedding day, the demon blinks there and accidentally
destroys a remnant that changes the present. In the present, Piper feels it.
Still in the past, Paige makes a potion to change history. Phoebe figures out that Piper
may be the one that’s blinking them into different times rather than the demon. While
playing with her old cat, Kit, the demon blinks in then blinks out as soon as Phoebe is
about to fight him. She figures out that the demon is after Kit, rather than anyone
human.
The doctor feels that since Leo is more passionate about the past, he may have codependency
issues. As Piper and Leo continue their therapy, Piper’s spell causes
Paige and Phoebe to blink in and out of specific incidents from the past five years.
Phoebe accidentally walks into the bathroom where Piper and Leo are taking a shower.
Piper and Leo see her, but just assume that she’s the Phoebe from that day. On the
day Leo proposed to Piper, Paige and Phoebe find the demon in the attic. He kills Kit
then orbs out. Kit turns into Katrina before orbing out. Phoebe calls out to present day
Leo and Piper, basically telling them to relive their last memory. They think back to
when he proposed to Piper, which makes Phoebe and Paige have enough time to kill
the demon before he kills Kit/Katrina.
Katrina thanks them for saving her then leaves while Piper and Leo make up.
